Collection Spring/Summer 2010 'Oscar'
The new spring/summer collection of Sjaak Hullekes proves to be one of passion, craftmanship, nostalgia and personality. Characteristic for his signature is the focus on fine detailing, comfort and high quality fabrics. This collection is a result of the search for sophisticated finishing techniques that complement Hullekes'classic yet modern use of woven materials, cottons, linens and silks. By stitching all the collars and stands by hand, the Sjaak Hullekes collection breathes passion and craftsmanship. The wearers' uniqueness and fragility is expressed in distinct designs and clear-cuts in combination with natural colors as blue, brown, various greys and luminiscent salmon.
Milan Fashion Week was the first stop in the international tour the label Sjaak Hullekes is making every season. He accesses the Italian market through his presentation at WHITE Homme for the third time as part of the Dutch Touch campaign. Directly after WHITE Homme for the third time as part of the Dutch Touch campaign. Directly after White Homme, Sjaak Hullekes was present during Paris fashion week with his own showroom representation. The last stop is a catwalk show at the Prelude fashion salon.
